Driver Link USA LLC provides driver recruiting related services including:

• Driver sourcing and recruiting support
• Candidate screening and qualification
• Interview and communication coordination
• General recruiting consultation for driver openings

All services are subject to availability, role requirements, and mutual agreement.

3.1 Proposal Acceptance

Recruiting proposals or service discussions become binding only when:

• Signed by both parties
• Service scope is agreed
• Required recruiting details are provided

3.2 Cancellation Policy

Either party may end recruiting discussions before a separate written agreement is finalized. Any signed agreement will control cancellation terms.

• Project-specific fees, if any, will be governed by the signed agreement
• No job placement is guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing

4.1 Payment Terms

• Fees, if any, are determined by the service agreement
• Invoices are due according to agreed payment terms
• Additional scope may require updated pricing

4.2 Financing

Driver Link USA LLC is not responsible for third-party decisions made by carriers, candidates, or external service providers.

5.1 No Guarantee Of Placement

Driver Link USA LLC does not guarantee placement, employment terms, or third-party decisions. Service outcomes depend on carrier needs, candidate qualifications, and mutual agreement.

• Carrier hiring decisions remain solely with the carrier
• Drivers are responsible for the accuracy of their submitted information
• Openings may change without notice

5.2 Recruiting Support

Driver Link USA LLC provides recruiting support that may include:

• Candidate outreach
• Screening and follow-up
• Interview coordination

Service delivery may be affected by:

• Changes in carrier hiring needs
• Candidate availability
• Missing or inaccurate information

Driver Link USA LLC's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the contract price. We are not liable for:

• Pre-existing roof conditions
• Utility rate changes
• Acts of third parties
• Consequential or incidental damages

Users are responsible for reviewing any opportunity details and agreements shared by carriers or third parties.

Driver Link USA LLC does not control carrier timelines. Any estimate shared during recruiting is informational only.

• Interviews: Depend on carrier responsiveness
• Placement timing: Depends on open roles and candidate fit

No hiring decision is final until confirmed by the hiring carrier.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Maricopa County, AZ. Class action waivers apply. Governing law: State of Arizona.

Driver Link USA LLC may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
